Typical quarter-hog selection over six months
5 lb bacon; 6 chops; 4 boneless steaks; 1–2 roasts totaling at least 6 lb; 1 ham steak; 1 shank; 3 lb sliced deli ham; 3 lb breakfast sausage; 1 lb chorizo; and 2 lb Italian sausage.
Typical half-hog selection over six months
10 lb bacon; 12 chops; 2–3 roasts totaling at least 11 lb; a 7 lb half ham; one tenderloin package; one rib package; 4 lb sliced deli ham; 6 lb breakfast sausage; 2 lb chorizo; and 3 lb Italian sausage. Ask about optional bones and organ meats.

Subscriptions continue until canceled. To request only the first six months, tell us when enrolling. Email at least seven days before the planned shipment to request a cancellation, delay, or skip. Confirm your schedule and shipping charges with our family before enrollment.
