Smaller pork chops (Do to lighter pigs at harvest): Mangalitsa pork chops, approximately 6-8 oz each. These are same fantastic Mangalitsa Pork Chops, only smaller size.

Do to the nature of Heritage Pigs (Mangalitsa) not being as cookie-cutter as commodity pigs. Our processors will have packages with chops that are smaller sized.

Still single bone thick, so that they are just as tender and flavorful as the bigger Mangalitsa Chops.

Cook as you would like, but remember to only go to 145 degrees F. and then let them rest for 5 minutes before serving. Great for a husband and wife that do not want the same portion sizes!
