These new XL brat packs come from a collaboration with Old Station Craft Meats and Barn Town microbrewery. This pack includes three total packages (note, we have four flavors depending on availability; only three will ship; if you have preference for certain flavors over others, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate, but if it’s not in stock we will ship what is in stock). There are four bratwursts per package, with each link coming in at 1/3 lb each- that’s 50% larger than most brats!

From your kitchen

Cook ground pork, fresh sausage, burgers, and raw ham loaf to 160°F in the center. Turn gently and use a thermometer instead of judging doneness by color. Follow the label for any fully cooked product.

Choose the package option that fits your table. Coastal orders ship Monday; inner regions and the Midwest ship Tuesday. Other dispatch days require Next Day Air or Second Day Air.
